 This life is full of many things to be joyful for, but there are pains we experience that are difficult to manage on our own. I believe venturing into our pain and hardships expands our awareness of ourselves. My approach to therapy is “Parts Work” (mixture of Internal Family Systems and Gestalt) meaning that there are many parts of ourselves that make up the whole of who we are. I would be honored to join you in working collaboratively to identify these parts that may be holding you back from reaching your goals. My main objective is to help my clients feel empowered and supported to make the changes they desire. 

As a therapist, I value bringing my honest and authentic nature into the counseling room to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for my clients to explore their parts, thoughts and feelings. I have experience working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and specialize in multiple mental health conditions. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, cultural issues,  as well as Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder and PTSD.
