Identity development. You are the main character of your life! We believe you can overcome the conflicts you face in each chapter of your story. We all have seasons of self-doubt and struggle which can sometimes feel overwhelming. Symptoms of anxiety or depression often show up when we draw negative conclusions about ourselves based on a difficult life experience. There are times when we can feel deeply flawed or not good enough, leading to an inability to trust our own selves, and the decisions we make. We lead every session with compassion so you feel fully seen and heard. We will collaborate with you to identify which storylines are keeping you “stuck” and provide support to rewrite the story in a way that empowers you to overcome your challenges.
Relationships. We can help you to identify patterns and themes in your relationships. We will
guide you into an understanding of healthy boundaries and how to set yours according to
what feels right to you. We can also provide insight into communication styles and how to
overcome conflict in healthy ways.
Life Transitions. Beginning a new chapter can be both exhilarating and terrifying. We will gently help you through the grief process when one chapter of life ends and a new one begins. We provide a safe and comfortable space for you to make sense of it all.
